Terms and Conditions
Quote
All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include the New Zealand Government goods and services tax (GST) of 12.5%
Confirmation and deposit
To confirm your booking a 10% (of tour cost) non-refundable deposit is required.
Domestic flight tickets will be charged on the day of booking and are non-refundable.
Travel insurance
Upon confirming your booking we recommend you take out travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accident, cancellation and personal property.
Payment
The balance of payment is due no later than 2 months (60 days) prior to the tour departure.
Tour payments can be made by bank draft or directly by telegraphic transfer. Banking details will be presented on confirmation of the tour booking.
Variation
After confirmation of a booking any subsequent changes to the tour itinerary will incur a charge of $(NZ)300. This does not apply to additional tours or extensions to your tour.
Cancellation
If for any reason it is necessary to cancel a tour booking the following will apply:

Cancellations are to be notified in writing and will only become effective when the notification is received by Ability Adventures Limited.
